The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) will host a public relations panel on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers. The panel will present “Valentine’s Day: It’s not about the relationship you think” to discuss building relationship and achieving success with internal, external, governmental and nonprofit target audiences.

Panelist include Mary Briggs, APR, CPRC, systems director of media relations for Lee Memorial Health System; Teri Hansen, APR, founder, president and creative director for Priority Marketing of Southwest Florida and Karen Ryan, APR, CPRC, public relation manager for LCEC.

The cost to attend the luncheon meeting is $20 for members, $25 for non-members and $10 for students with advance reservations. Reservations can be made by visiting www.fpraswfl.org. Walk-ins are welcome for an additional $5. The advance reservations deadline is Friday, Jan. 31, 2014.
