Netram is a female Indian immigrant and accomplished certified global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) professional who is also an attorney, entrepreneur, mediator and arbitrator. She founded Lotus Solutions, LLC to help businesses create diversity and inclusion to ensure a fair and just workplace, through consulting, customized training, and keynote speeches. Born in Guyana, South America, Netram has more than two decades of experience in corporate, among other sectors, in the areas of DEI, operations, human resources, program management, risk management, safety, compliance, law, and more. Netram earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) from Stetson University and Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
