The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) will recognize the best public relations, communications and marketing efforts in Southwest Florida at its 2014 Local Image Awards reception on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Alliance for the Arts, 10091 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33919. Those who want to attend must RSVP by April 7.

The Local Image Awards competition is conducted annually to recognize outstanding public relations programs in Southwest Florida and to encourage and promote the development of public relations professionalism in our area. Entrants must demonstrate innovation, planning, design and execution within budget. The four categories are: Public Relations Programs, Printed Tools of Public Relations, Audio/Visual/Online Tools of Public Relations and Student Projects in Public Relations.
