Wendy Fullerton Powell oversees the Florida region for the USA TODAY Network and leads the editorial direction of the Naples Daily News. A veteran journalist with 35 years at Gannett—all in Southwest Florida—Wendy has held roles ranging from reporter to news director across several local publications. She is a respected newsroom leader dedicated to delivering impactful journalism to the communities she serves.
Tim Klutsarits
News Director, Gulf Coast News (WBBH/WZVN)
As News Director at Gulf Coast News, Tim Klutsarits oversees editorial operations for WBBH and WZVN. Since joining the stations in 2015, he has led award-winning coverage of major regional events, including Hurricanes Ian and Irma. Under his leadership, WBBH was named Florida Station of the Year in 2022 and has earned five National Edward R. Murrow Awards. Tim began his broadcast career in Missouri and brings a strong track record of newsroom leadership.

Mike Braun is the Managing Editor at WGCU, Southwest Florida’s PBS and NPR affiliate. With more than four decades of experience in journalism, he previously held reporting and editorial roles at The Vindicator, Naples Daily News, and The News-Press. His background spans breaking news, page design, editing, and column writing. A graduate of Youngstown State University, Mike brings a seasoned voice to public media in the region
Jenna Buzzacco-Foerster (Moderator)
Public Affairs Director at Gravina, Smith, Matte, & Arnold
Jenna Buzzacco-Foerster is an award-winning former political reporter turned public affairs professional. Most recently, she led policy advocacy and the successful One Collier campaign as director of government relations for the Greater Naples Chamber. A Drake University journalism grad, she spent over a decade covering politics for the Naples Daily News and Florida Politics. Jenna now serves on the boards of the Collier County Community Land Trust and the Women’s Foundation of Collier County.
