UPDATE: Our Margaritaville Tour has been combined with FPRA SWFL’s annual Merry Mixer to make it a great success! 

We’re excited to kick off a fresh approach to our monthly gatherings! This year, we’re replacing traditional seminars with engaging monthly tours and events that highlight the unique stories, insights, and innovations shaping Southwest Florida—and the PR practices behind them.

Our first destination? Margaritaville! 🏖️

The Margaritaville Beach Resort, celebrated as the “Rebirth of the Island,” stands as a symbol of resilience and recovery after Hurricane Ian. As part of our Merry Margaritaville Mixer, you’ll gain exclusive insights into the resort’s first year in business, including how they’ve tackled the challenges of hurricanes Helene and Milton, and their strategies for staying prepared.

Parking

Margaritaville is offering discounted valet parking for $10 for event attendees. Paid street parking is also available within walking distance, near Fort Myers Beach Times Square.

Refunds

Refunds for event registration fees must be requested in writing at least 3 business days in advance of the event to pr@fpraswfl.org. No refunds or credits will be granted after that time.
