The final President’s Message… what an incredible honor it has been to serve as the 2025–2026 Southwest Florida Chapter President.
When this journey began, I shared a simple vision: connection and engagement. Over the past year, I have witnessed members step forward to serve on committees, attend events, mentor colleagues, volunteer their time and share their expertise. I have watched new relationships form, new ideas emerge and lasting friendships grow. Most importantly, I have seen the strength of what makes FPRA so special, people who genuinely want to help each other succeed.
One of the greatest gifts of serving as president has been the opportunity to work alongside an extraordinary Board and Leadership Team. Their dedication, creativity and commitment have been nothing short of inspiring. Every event, program, communication and initiative was made possible because of volunteers who generously gave their time and talents to our chapter. To each of them, thank you.
I am also grateful to our members. Thank you for showing up, sharing your experiences, asking thoughtful questions and investing in your professional growth. Public relations can be a demanding profession, and having a network of peers who understand those challenges is invaluable.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving as president. It has been one of the most rewarding experiences, and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity.
