Dear FPRA Family,
As we reach the midpoint of our chapter year, I’m excited to share the progress we’ve made toward our strategic goals and the impact we’re having as a professional community.
The strategic plan, authored by your Board and Leadership last fall, focuses on three key areas:
- Growth & Engagement
- Continuous Learning & Mastery
- Community Impact
I’m pleased to report that we’ve already met or exceeded six of our 18 objectives, with notable achievements in membership satisfaction, professional development, and credentialing.
Additionally, our chapter achieved a 65% membership renewal rate, is seeing increased engagement across our digital platforms, and has attracted new sponsors. We are well on track to meet 11 more objectives by the end of the chapter year, thanks to the dedication of our board, committee leaders, and you, our members.
There is one key area where we need your help: growing our membership. We have an objective to achieve a 10% overall increase in membership by June 30. If you know a colleague, peer, or industry contact who could gain value from networking and professional development, now is the time to invite them to join us.
As we look ahead to the next six months there’s still more to accomplish. I am confident that with your involvement, we will finish the year strong. I look forward to continuing to grow, learn, and make a difference together.
