March is a season of transition. The days grow longer, the air feels lighter, and everywhere we look, we see signs of renewal. Spring reminds us that growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens with intention, care, and a willingness to embrace change.

As we “spring forward” this month, I encourage each of you to think about what you want to spring into, whether it’s a new professional goal, a fresh perspective, a leadership opportunity, or deeper engagement within our Florida Public Relations Association Southwest Florida Chapter.

Our chapter continues to grow and evolve because of you, your ideas, your energy, and your commitment to excellence in public relations. Spring is the perfect time to get involved in a new way. Attend a program that challenges you. Invite a colleague to join us. Volunteer for a committee. Step into a role that stretches your skills.

As we build our slate for the 2026/2027 year of FPRA SWFL, we are seeking passionate, engaged members who are ready to help shape the direction of our chapter. Leadership is a meaningful way to give back, develop new skills, and play a direct role in strengthening our professional community. If you’ve ever considered serving or if you’re curious about what that commitment looks like reach out to anyone on the board or leadership team!

Let’s use this season as motivation to refresh our goals, nurture our professional relationships, and plant the seeds for future success, both individually and as a chapter.
